WHERE ARE YOUR PRICES?

The prices are not listed on purpose. After our customers create their dream menu, we will send an estimation/quote via email. We do not estimate solely per plate, we find it more affordable for our customers to cater to their custom menu. 


WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?

We accept cash , and checks. However, if you opt to pay via check we will require the full payment 5 business days before your scheduled event. At the signing of our contracts we require a deposit amount that will be listed as an option on your invoice. Deposit payments can be made via cash or check, and the remainder of the payment must be made UPON ARRIVAL in CASH ONLY on the day of your event.


CAN YOU CATER LARGE PARTIES?

Absolutely!! Our professional staff is more than capable of catering parties for up to 300 people! 


DO YOU PROVIDE ALCOHOLIC DRINKS?

No. We do not have a liquor license. All of our beverages we offer are non alcoholic.


IF I DON'T SEE SOMETHING I WANT ON YOUR MENU, WHAT CAN I DO?

Please let us know! Our chef is tremendously gifted and and we are constantly updating our menu. Your dish could be added.


DO YOU ALL PROVIDE THE PLATES, UTENSILS, NAPKINS AND CUPS?

It depends. If our customers only want a food drop off we will NOT provide these items. However, if the customer requests full service (buffet, serving) we will arrange for set up and break down of the food and we will include these items in your package for a small additional cost. 


IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY EVENT, WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Great Question! Before the signing of our catering agreement if our customers needs to cancel or change plans it can be done at no cost. 48 hours after the signing of the contract agreement and the deposit payment is made, the deposit becomes non refundable. If the customer must change the date of the event, it must be agreed upon by both parties. If an event is to be cancelled within 2 weeks of the date  the customer is expected to pay 50% of the remainder. If cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled event 100% charge and payment of the arrangements to date, including ordered, prepared food, and staff  will be required. 


 HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I MAKE CATERING ARRANGEMENT?

At least one week in advance. This may be negotiable depending upon the event type. We do want to help.


DO YOU OFFER TASTINGS SO I CAN TRY ITEMS BEFORE I BOOK YOU?

Sure. There is a 2 item maximum, and it will cost you.
